Review: GolfMind Software Volume 1, Mental Toughness - A golf hypnosis program to help you achieve peak performance.

This isn’t the first time I’ve tried products aimed at sharpening my mental approach.

But it is the first hypnosis program I’ve dabbled with. So to put things in perspective, let me explain why I thought it made sense to try this program.

Can golf hypnosis software really help improve your golf game?

As a golfer who played competitive golf at the collegiate level, I’m well aware of the effect my mental focus has on my score. On some days, I can’t miss, and find it easy to go low.

But for every low round, there’s another where I’m just not comfortable. It’s hard to settle into the round and go about my business. And that’s a frustrating experience.

Over the last several years I’ve used technology to keep my game sharp and shave a stroke or two off my score.

But to get a real competitive edge, I knew that controlling my emotions and attaining peak concentration were critical.

Learning how to manage golf’s emotional challenges turns bad rounds into good rounds...

Going out and playing well always seems to happen accidentally. Wake up, feel good and you’ll probably play well. But on those less than perfect days, it’s an uphill battle.

I always felt if I could find a way to move myself into a more positive state deliberately, I’d see real improvement.

So why this program?

The creative force behind Golfmind’s software is Dr. Fran Pirozzolo, one of the world’s most highly sought after sports psychologists.

Justin Leonard, Bernhard Langer, and Roger Clemens have all worked with Fran, achieving well documented success.

With a program that’s achieved a positive track record at the highest levels I found it easier to give the software a genuine try.

The results?

After a few weeks, I found it easier to reach down and get better access to positive thoughts and pictures that are sitting in the subconscious mind.

I’m also able to regroup and bring my focus back when I get off track. I’ve salvaged a couple of rounds that previously I’d have given up on.

What can you expect from this program?

If, like me, you feel that the last barrier to lower scores is better concentration and mental focus, then my suggestion is to give the program a try.

Why not learn how to create positive momentum at will? This skill makes Tiger Woods the dominant player that he is.

In fact, one of the reasons people love to watch him play is his ability to turn disaster into opportunities and tour wins.

More than his depth of talent, it’s his mental toughness that has made him the dominant player of his generation.

Your goals may not include winning 50 tour events in a single decade, but no matter what your objectives are, being able to refocus, stay positive and fully concentrate, are skills that all of us should sharpen and practice.

If you’re looking to discover a way to improve your game in the most practical way, this program is definitely worth looking into.
